HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS

  • Life: measure the waist at the narrowest point (just above the navel), with the tape measure parallel to the floor and without squeezing too tightly.
  • Hips: measure the circumference at the widest point of the pelvis (a few cm below the waist).
  • Inside leg: measures the length from the inner thigh (crotch) to the ankle or the end of the trousers.

If you are between sizes, consider whether you prefer a tighter fit (smaller size) or a more comfortable fit (larger size).
